Q. Why do I get the message to “continue reading this article, you must login with your personal, hospital, or group practice subscription.”
If you see this message, you have not been authenticated by the FSU COM:
- Clear your browsing history, including your cookies and cache.
- Close the browser, open it again, and then login into UpToDate with your College of Medicine user name and password.
- Once you are logged into UpToDate, you should see Welcome, FSU College of Medicine in the top right corner of the screen.
