I know my FSUID, but not my password -- who do I contact?
Answer
If you know your FSUID, but not your password, you can reset your password through Florida State University's FSUID Management.
To utilize these tools, you will need to know either your FSUID or EMPLID.
To find out your FSUID or EMPLID (or confirm that you have an active affiliation with the College of Medicine, which is required for off-campus access to the library), please contact the ITS Service Desk at 850-644-4357 M-F 8 AM-6 PM ET.
If you know your EMPLID, you can set up security questions for future self-service password resets: Activate your FSUID and password in FSU's identity management system
