What are some tips for navigating the medical library website?

Answer

The library website was redesigned in November 2018. We are excited to have a site that is more flexible than our previous site, better aligns with the website design of other colleges and libraries here at FSU, and is mobile-friendly.

  • “Best Bets” has been added to the left menu of the med library homepage. On the old site, this was called “Quick Links."  DynaMed Plus, PEPID, uCentral, UpToDate, VisualDX, and more are there, and are just as quick to get to as they were before.
  • When off campus, simply start using the medical library website. The site should prompt you to login with your FSUID if needed. If not, let us know at medlibrary@med.fsu.edu what page you were on and the link you clicked on, and we’ll check it out.
  • Textbooks & More and Subject Guides are both on the left menu. If you are looking for course or clerkship specific resources, you will find them there.
