Q. When I log into UpToDate, why can’t I access any content? Instead, it tells me that to “continue reading this article, you must login with your personal, hospital, or group practice subscription.”
If you see this message, you will need to clear your browsing history including your cookies and cache to access the FSU College of Medicine's subscription to UpToDate.
Once you clear your browsing history, close the browser, open it again, and then login into UpToDate with your College of Medicine user name and password.
Once you are logged into UpToDate, you should see Welcome, FSU College of Medicine in the top right corner of the screen.
