Q. Does everyone affiliated with the College of Medicine have an FSUID?

Answer

If you have a current appointment with the College of Medicine, you either have an FSUID (e.g. jsmith or jas06c, NOT jane.smith), or the ability to set up your own FSUID. This includes preceptors, residents, residency faculty, clerkship faculty, students, etc.

FSUID for Off-Campus Access

As of September 1, 2016, FSU University Libraries requires the FSUID to log into library resources from off campus.

What does this mean? Off-campus users sign on with their FSUID credentials. Examples of the FSUID are jas16a or jsmith.
